The Statutory Auditor is the body of ERSE responsible for monitoring the legality and merit of ERSE’s financial and asset management, as well as for advising the Board of Directors in these areas.

It has the competence provided for in article 38 of ERSE’s Statutes.

The Statutory Auditor is appointed among chartered accountants or audit firms, by order of members of the government responsible for energy and for finance, for a non-renewable four-year term of office.

ERSE’s Statutory Auditor is the audit firm APPM - BDO & Associados, Sociedade de Revisores Oficiais de Contas, Lda., represented by Sandra Maria Simões Filipe de Ávila Valério (Order 11101, of 31 october).
