Contracting/switching supplier

In order to use a charging point integrated into the electric mobility network, the UVE must sign a contract with a CEME.

Once the contract has been signed, the UVE will receive a card (or other means of authentication, such as an app notification) to access to the electric mobility network, issued by the CEME of his choice. This card gives access to all MOBI.E network charging points throughout the country, regardless of the OPC.

When choosing a CEME, apart from the price, you should also look at other important aspects of the contract, such as the duration of the contract, customer service, complaints and enquiry handling, invoicing and electricity labelling.
