Registration
The registration form for public consultations, created under article 10 of the statutes for the submission of regulatory proposals to agents of the regulated sectors, is now only available to agents of the National Petroleum System (SPN).
With Directive No 16/2019 of 6 December, aimed at agents in the electricity, gas and electric mobility sectors, this form has been incorporated into the CRIA (Individual Agent Record Code) assignment form, wherein agents are registered for access to regulatory consultations.
All interested persons and bodies can still be informed of the launch of a public consultation by subscribing to the option Press Releases from the mailing list. You can also subscribe to the Highlights and Newsletters options, through which ERSE regularly discloses its activity.
If you wish to make changes to an existing registration, you must cancel the registration and register again with the updated details.
