Plan for the Prevention of Risks of Corruption and Related Offenses
Following the National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2020-2024, approved by Council of Ministers Resolution n.º 37/2021 of 6 April, Decree-Law n.º. 109-E/2021 of 9 December was published, which creates the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism and establishes the general regime for the prevention of corruption, as well as Law n.º 93/2021 of 20 December, which establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers.
