Charging points integrated in the electric mobility network must be operated by a charging point operator. This body is responsible for the proper operation of the charging point and must disclose the respective price of use (which will be charged to the electric vehicle user through the electric mobility supplier with which it has concluded a contract).

This price is set on a market basis.
