ERSE releases the Report of Quality of Service for the gas sector for 2020

ERSE - Energy Services Regulatory Authority published the Technical Service Quality Report for the gas sector for 2020, which characterizes the quality of service in the gas sector and evaluates compliance with the Quality of Service Regulation by regulated entities.

With the aim of promoting literacy and the active participation of society in the regulation of the energy sector, extending access to information, ERSE also discloses a brochure directed, in particular, to domestic gas customers. This ERSExplica summarizes some of the main technical service quality indicators, focusing on the distribution area and presenting the number and duration of interruptions experienced by consumers in their facilities.

The Technical Service Quality Report that ERSE publishes annually includes information on the Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal (LNG) and the Transmission and Distribution System Operators. ERSExplica, on the other hand, focuses only on the gas distribution area, presenting the number and duration of interruptions experienced by consumers at their facilities.
