ERSE and LNEC sign a cooperation protocol in the energy area

ERSE - Energy Services Regulatory Authority and the National Civil Engineering Laboratory (LNEC) signed, on 17 September 2021, a cooperation agreement in the area of energy.
The actions and initiatives provided for in this cooperation agreement include the development, monitoring and preparation of studies and opinions in the fields of civil engineering applied to the energy sector, the promotion of energy efficiency in energy consumption, as well as the sharing of data, documents and publications, also in the field of energy.
The parties undertake to cooperate mutually in the development, monitoring and preparation of opinions and studies or works in the energy field, ensuring the necessary exemption and independence.
In order to ensure the execution of this protocol, ERSE and LNEC will each appoint a person responsible for its follow-up.
The Protocol came into force on the date of its signature and is valid for an indefinite period of time.
