ERSE - Energy Services Regulatory Authority and the Portuguese Industrial Association - Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AIP-CCI) signed a collaboration protocol in the area of energy.

Under this instrument, the two entities will develop actions that:

• Foster information and training in the area of energy among AIP-CCI associates and, in general, to all interested companies;
• Allow ERSE to obtain information on the specific needs of AIP-CCI associates with a view to deepening knowledge and improving regulation.

The first initiatives, to be developed soon, will be training courses for AIP-CCI associates, with content and trainers from ERSE, in areas of its competence.

This protocol is expected to contribute to increase consumer literacy, in this particular case industrial and business consumers, thus contributing to a better functioning of the energy market.
