Within the work program of the South Gas Regional Initiative (SGRI), a public consultation was launched on a proposal from the Portuguese and Spanish transmission system operators (TSOs) for the coordinated implementation of the allocation of interruptible capacity at the Virtual Interconnection point (VIP Ibérico).

Transmission system operators of Portugal and Spain presented a proposal for a coordinated implementation of interruptible capacity allocation, to ensure harmonization at VIP Ibérico. This project integrates the work plan of the Regional Initiative, which aims to promote the regional gas market integration and harmonization.
