Law No 69-A/2021 of 21 October introduced the possibility of setting maximum margins on any of the commercial components that make up the retail price of bottled LPG, on a proposal from the Energy Services Regulatory Authority and after consulting the Competition Authority.

Administrative Rule No 205-A/2022 of 12 August sets maximum margins and the corresponding retail price for bottled LPG for a limited period of time.

The price ceiling per bottle applicable until 02 September 2022 for types T3 and T5 can be consulted on ERSE’s website.
