ERSE will organise a seminar to gather input for the gas sector regulatory period 2028–2031

ERSE - the Energy Services Regulatory Authority is holding a seminar on 7 May 2026 at the CGD Auditorium of ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management, in Lisbon. The aim is to gather input for the new Regulatory Period for the Gas Sector, which runs from 2028 to 2031.
The event will take place between 09:15 and 17:15. It will consist of four panels dedicated to relevant sectoral topics. The aim is to gather input for the future regulatory review, particularly with regard to the Tariff Code, which will undergo a public consultation.
The four panels, which will feature various experts from the gas sector, aim to gather input from stakeholders, including suppliers, consumers, and the operators for network infrastructure, storage and LNG terminal. The panels will also identify emerging issues and challenges.
Places to attend the seminar in person are limited and subject to prior registration by 4 May 2026.
