ERSE publishes ERSExplica booklet on the transitional regime for the stabilisation of gas prices for legal bodies with a gas consumption above 10 000 m3

In the current context of high energy price volatility and the need to implement measures to mitigate its impact, ERSE - the Energy Services Regulatory Authority , has published a new ERSExplica booklet on the transitional regime for the stabilisation of gas prices for legal bodies with a gas consumption above10 000 m3, approved by Decree-Law No 84-D/2022.
This ERSExplica booklet answers some of the most frequently asked questions on the application of this scheme, such as who can benefit from it, how to benefit from it, what is the incidence of the discount and on which invoice components it is applied, among others.
With this booklet, ERSE aims to increase the energy literacy of consumers and reaffirms its commitment to protecting their rights and interests through continuous information, education and training.
