ERSE promotes training initiative on "Commercial Service Quality"

The Energy Services Regulatory Authority (ERSE) held, on 13 and 21 October, two training sessions on "Commercial Service Quality".

Integrated into the ERSEFORMA programme, these initiatives are part of the protocols signed by ERSE with the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centers.

The online action was attended by 45 trainees from the various Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centers and had a practical component of group work.

Among the topics addressed were the regulation of the quality of commercial service, namely the existing indicators and standards, as well as the application to practical cases of consumers.
