- Proposed Maximum Prices for Packed LPG(July 2022)
Law No 69-A/2021, of 21 October, provides for the possibility of setting maximum commercial margins for simple fuels and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), upon a proposal from ERSE and after hearing the Competition Authority. In the light of the market analysis, it was considered that there are grounds for operating rules governing the setting of maximum margins for the commercial components that make up the retail price of bottled LPG.
