ERSE strengthens interactive portal on commercial quality of service

ERSE-Energy Services Regulatory Authority has updated the interactive commercial quality of service portal with new topics, with the aim of strengthening access to information and energy literacy for electricity and natural gas consumers.

This version of the interactive tool adds to the existing themes new indicators on complaints and requests for information from consumers, meter readings, priority customers and those with special needs, compensation and restoration of energy supply.

In addition, it presents data on the performance of network operators in telephone assistance for reporting faults, responding to emergencies, technical assistance and combined visits.

With dynamic time series and clear indicators, consumers can compare the commercial quality of service of suppliers and evaluate their network operators in the electricity and natural gas sector.
