The Board of Directors is the collegiate body responsible for defining, guiding, conducting and monitoring ERSE’s activities and services, as well as for representing ERSE.

It has the competence provided for in article 31 of ERSE’s Statutes.

The Board of Directors comprises a Chair and two other Board members, appointed by resolution of the Council of Ministers. Members of the Board of Directors are appointed for a six-year term of office, which may not be immediately renewed.
