    The Quality of Service in the natural gas sector involves the technical and the commercial aspects.

    The technical aspect relates to matters of natural gas supply such as the continuity of the supply, the characteristics of the natural gas supplied and the conditions of its supply.

    On the other hand, the commercial aspect relates to the relationship between the distribution network operators or suppliers, including the last resort suppliers and the clients.

    In the scope of the monitoring and application of the Quality of Service Code, ERSE annually prepares and publishes its Quality of Service Report where it analyses the compliance with the Code by the agents to whom they apply.
