ERSE 

 The ERSE portal is a valuable tool that facilitates communication and interaction with a wide range of audiences, most importantly energy consumers.
It is part of a governance model designed to promote the principles of transparency and disclosure, participation and monitoring, co-operation, collaboration and proximity to consumers, operators of the electricity and natural gas sectors, the market and civil society in general.

Since one of ERSE’s duties is to protect consumer rights and interests with respect to prices, services, service quality, compliance with public service obligations and all other legal and regulatory requirements, the site focuses in particular on consumer protection. It has a space specifically dedicated to consumers, which has been specially conceived and designed to meet their needs and answer their concerns.

The “Energy Consumer Portal” is an initiative aimed at supporting and aiding consumers in the conscious and secure exercise of their rights and obligations and in making their energy consumption choices.
