ERSE - the Energy Services Regulatory Authority – hereby announces with great sadness and regret the death of Ángel Torres Torres, Vice-President and Representative of the MIBEL – the Iberian Electricity Market - Regulators Council, on 19th August 2023.
The members of the ERSE Board of Directors express their deepest condolences to CNMC - Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia - and to his family and friends.
Ángel Torres Torres was appointed Vice-President of CNMC in June 2020.
