ERSE calls for the appointment of new members of the Advisory Board, the Tariff Board and the Fuels Board

Pedro Verdelho, the Chairman of the Energy Services Regulatory Authority (ERSE), called for stakeholder meetings to appoint the new representatives of members of ERSE’s Advisory Council, Tariff Council and Fuels Council for the 2022-2025 term of office.
ERSE’s Statutes and regulations establish that the appointment of the members of the Advisory Council, the Fuels Council and the Tariff Council, for three-year terms of office, is the responsibility of the bodies represented, except in the cases provided for where the appointment of representatives is made at stakeholder meetings convened by the chairperson of ERSE’s Board of Directors, by means of a notice published on ERSE’s website and in a national newspaper.
The stakeholder meetings for the appointment of representatives to the Advisory Council, the Fuels Council and the Tariff Council of this Regulatory Authority will be held in accordance with the following notices:
